Custom Order & Refund Policy

At Peach Custom Tables Inc., all furniture is made to order and crafted according to each client’s specific requirements. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following policy applies to all orders.
1. Custom-Made Orders
Every piece is built specifically for the client, including selected dimensions, wood species, finishes, epoxy design, base style, and other customization elements. As a result, products cannot be resold or returned as standard inventory.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required before production begins. The deposit amount varies depending on the total value and complexity of the project and will be clearly stated in the written quote or invoice.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. This includes situations where materials have been ordered, fabrication has begun, or labor has been allocated.
3. Order Changes
Changes to an order may be requested prior to production. Once fabrication begins, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs depending on the stage of production.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. If production has already started, cancellation is not permitted and deposits are non-refundable.
If materials have been purchased or work has progressed significantly, the client may be responsible for additional costs incurred.
5. Returns
Due to the custom-built nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns once the product has been completed or delivered.
Natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, epoxy patterns, and minor dimensional tolerances are inherent characteristics of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
6. Delivery & Installation
Delivery fees vary depending on project size, weight, and destination. Installation services are provided when agreed upon, provided that safe and adequate access to the property is available.
If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or structural limitations, additional fees may apply or delivery may be rescheduled.
7. Damages & Claims
Any claim for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required for evaluation.
If a verified manufacturing defect is identified, Peach Custom Tables Inc. will determine the appropriate corrective action, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
