These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Peach Custom Tables Inc.. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Custom-Made Products
All furniture produced by Peach Custom Tables Inc. is custom-made to client specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, variations in wood grain, tone, texture, knots, epoxy flow, color shading, and other natural characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.
Natural wood movement, expansion, contraction, and minor dimensional tolerances are inherent properties of handcrafted furniture and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for a limited time as specified in the proposal or invoice. Pricing may vary based on material costs, customization level, dimensions, design complexity, finishing process, and delivery location.
Shipping, delivery, and installation costs are not fixed and are calculated based on project size, weight, destination, accessibility conditions, and logistical requirements.
3. Deposits and Payment Terms
A deposit is required before production begins. The deposit amount varies depending on the total project value and will be specified in the written quote or invoice.
All deposits are non-refundable once production has started, as materials are purchased and labor is allocated specifically for each custom order.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Production Time
Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, labor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Peach Custom Tables Inc. shall not be liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
5. Delivery, Shipping & Installation
We offer local delivery and shipping services. Delivery fees vary depending on location and project specifications.
Installation services are included when agreed upon, provided that the delivery location has safe, clear, and adequate access. The client is responsible for ensuring:
- Clear pathways free of obstacles
- Proper door width and ceiling height clearance
- Structural readiness of the installation area
- Safe working conditions at the property
If access conditions are not adequate, additional fees may apply, delivery may be rescheduled, or installation may be declined until conditions are corrected.
Once products are delivered and accepted at the location, responsibility transfers to the client.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted, and deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased or fabrication has begun, the client may be responsible for additional costs incurred.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our furniture, returns are not accepted, and refunds are not provided once production has commenced.
If a product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, the Company will evaluate and determine appropriate corrective action, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peach Custom Tables Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.
9. Photography & Marketing Rights
Peach Custom Tables Inc. reserves the right to photograph, video record, and document completed projects for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
By engaging our services, the client grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use images or recordings of the completed furniture and installation for display on our website, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, print materials, and other promotional channels.
The Company may also use before-and-after images, project process documentation, design renderings, and general project descriptions for marketing purposes.
We will not disclose sensitive personal information such as full address details or personal identification without prior consent. If the client requests in writing that no identifiable features of the property be shown, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such request.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, drawings, renderings, photographs, and website content created by Peach Custom Tables Inc. remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, manufacture, or distribute proprietary designs without written authorization.
11. Website Use
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, branding, and graphics, is the property of Peach Custom Tables Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
